Role Overview

The role is to provide cost management and commercial support for projects, ensuring accurate valuations, cost control, and compliance with contractual terms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs and prepare monthly valuations.
• Manage variations and claims.
• Liaise with procurement and project teams for cost optimization.
• Maintain accurate cost records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Professional certification (MRICS or equivalent) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying within construction.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and cost control techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software.
