Job Description

Position: Senior Sales Specialist Real Estate

Location: Smouha, Alexandria

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM, with two consecutive days off

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Smouha. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in real estate sales, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales of our prestigious projects, achieving ambitious targets, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (networking, referrals, marketing campaigns).
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site visits for potential clients.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and generating repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company projects, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Stay informed about competitors activities and market trends in Smouha and Alexandria.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing, legal, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a development company.
  • Strong existing network and client base in Alexandria (particularly in Smouha and surrounding areas) is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
