Key Responsibilities:
- Assist European-speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi real estate, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Provide expert guidance on luxury properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.
- Help clients navigate the UAE real estate landscape, including securing Golden Visas through property purchases.
- Utilize multilingual skills to build rapport and foster strong relationships with international clients.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage transaction processes from start to finish.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging market trends.
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings effectively to European-speaking audiences.
- Collaborate with developers, legal professionals, and internal teams to optimize client experiences and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian), with proficient English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- UAE driving license and access to transportation is Plus.
- Valid UAE real estate license is Plus.
