We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter with Min 8+ Years of Experience in UAE Construction Companies to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, commercial, and site-based roles across civil & MEP.
- Partner with project managers, department heads, and HR leadership to understand manpower requirements and project timelines.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals NaukriGulf, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and headhunting.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess technical competence, project experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage high-volume and urgent hiring for project mobilization and fast-track construction schedules.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct salary benchmarking, negotiate offers, and manage offer closures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and visa requirements (especially GCC/UAE regulations).
- Maintain and update talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Oversee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation in coordination with HR operations and PRO teams.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, subcontractors, and manpower suppliers.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and manpower budgeting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Mentor junior recruiters and ensure quality, consistency, and speed in hiring delivery.
- Prepare recruitment reports and manpower status updates for senior management.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the construction industry within the UAE as a recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of construction recruitment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
