Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Medical Background Preferred)

Job Location: Nasr City
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong recruitment background, preferably in the medical or healthcare field, to join our team and start immediately. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle and support hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter

• Medical/healthcare recruitment background is preferred

• Strong communication and interviewing skills
