Senior Recruiter

I'm supporting a financially strong, fast-growing multinational organisation with international operations across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, who are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring commercial roles within distribution and/or retail environments.

This role will work closely with international leadership teams, including Russian-speaking stakeholders, and will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and attract commercial talent (sales, business development, category management, etc.) across international markets
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer negotiation
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs
• Use direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to identify top talent
• Deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience across regions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting commercial roles in distribution and/or retail
• Strong international recruitment / headhunting experience (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and Russian

Location Flexibility:

Candidates can be based in:

• UAE (or open to relocation)
• Europe or Cyprus
• Africa (e.g. South Africa, Ghana, Ivory Coast)

Salary: 15-20k
