Senior Recruiter – Malaysia Market (International Hiring)

Location: India (Permanent Work From Home)

Employment Type: 2 Years Contract (Renewable)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Malaysia hiring operations from India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Malaysia market recruitment, especially BPO, bulk hiring, and language-specialized hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia-based clients.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for BPO and high-volume hiring requirements.
• Handle language hiring for Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other APAC language profiles.
• Build candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Coordinate with Malaysia recruitment teams and ensure timely candidate delivery.
• Maintain ATS updates, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Malaysia market recruitment.
• Must have experience in BPO hiring / bulk recruitment.
• Experience hiring language specialists for Malaysia BPO clients.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of Malaysian talent market.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
