Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. The role includes managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and talent acquisition methods
• Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to the fast-paced environment at PICKUP
• Problem-solving, relationship-building, and strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in retail or convenience store recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
