Location: JAFZA, UAE

Salary: 9000-10,500 AED per month

Retail experience is mandatory (Candidates without a Retail sector background will not be considered)

We are assisting our client, a leading retail group with its head office in Dubai, JAFZA, with a strong presence across the GCC, in urgently hiring a Sr. Recruitment Officer.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 yrs of proven end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience in retail.
• Solid understanding of recruitment trends and the talent pool within the GCC retail market.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Excellent stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation skills.
