We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong UAE staffing experience to join Accel HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE-based clients across various sectors.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
• Handle bulk and specialized staffing requirements.
• Conduct candidate interviews, shortlist profiles, and coordinate with clients.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
• Manage offers, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Achieve monthly placement and recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE talent market and recruitment practices.
• Experience working with staffing/recruitment agencies is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
