We're hiring Senior/Recruitment Consultants to join Aventusas we continue to scale across the GCC. This role is suited to an experienced recruiter looking to step into a high-performing, commercial environment with real billing potential.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (360)
- Building and developing client relationships
- Delivering on retained, contingent, and contract mandates
- Contributing to the growth of a key desk or sector

- Proven billing track record
- Experience in UAE or international markets
- Strong business development capability
- Commercial mindset and ownership
