Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team, based on site in Dubai. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and expand Wecord's presence in the market. The responsibilities include developing strategic plans, negotiating partnerships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to drive sales growth. You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong skills in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Client Engagement
• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis abilities
• Effective Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or luxury goods industry is a plus
