As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and for developing new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients managing multiple accounts, sourcing top talent, and proactively expanding your client portfolio through targeted business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building across the UAE and GCC.
- Manage existing client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both permanent and contract placements.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to identify opportunities and promote our recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the CRM full training provided.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to meet client requirements and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Qualifications & Experience
- 46 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in a senior or principal consultant role.
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition within a recruitment agency or executive search firm.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
