Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Reports to: Head of Talent Solutions

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi

Our business presence covers multiple jurisdictions with offices in the UAE, KSA, UK & Ireland, Singapore, Porto, Qatar and now South Africa. We provide Regulatory Governance, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Recruitment and Technology services (the Services) to a large number of clients including global, regional, and local financial services institutions, governments and other industry partners. As part of our global expansion plan, we are now looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Solutions Team.

Job Purpose

The core focus of this role will be to support the client recruitment process and build a strong pipeline of candidates for client positions across all jurisdictions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement while playing a key role in strengthening our brand presence. You will also prepare high-quality candidate packs and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives that support our growth plans. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded individual who can deliver exceptional candidates across all roles in the GRC and technology space.

Duties and Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our clients.
  • Set clear expectations on timelines, market realities, and selection processes with clients.
  • Provide timely, transparent updates to hiring teams throughout the process.
  • Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive hiring information appropriately.

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Source, attract, and engage high caliber candidates using innovative sourcing strategies, social media platforms, and databases.
  • Screen and evaluate CVs and applications, producing high-quality candidate packs for client review.
  • Conduct pre-interview assessments and provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage offer negotiation, including compensation discussions, to secure successful placements.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

  • Employ creative marketing and advertising strategies to attract top talent and promote client opportunities.
  • Gather and share market/candidate insights to inform hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and nurture passive candidates for future client roles.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.

Experience (essential to any successful application)

  • A strong and proven track record in Governance, Risk and Compliance, and technology recruitment is essential.
  • Must have experience recruiting for DFSA, CMA (UAE), CMA (KSA), FSRA and VARA licensed entities.
  • Must be based in the UAE with experience recruiting across the GCC region.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Outstanding English language written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of critical thinking and logical analysis.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant business studies or business management field is highly desirable.
