KinFitz & Co. are helping companies build high-performing teams across the GCC.. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to be an integral part of our expanding team.

You'll be stepping into a fast-paced, results-driven environment where the goal is clear: identify and place the best candidates in roles that make sense for them and our clients.

What Will You Be Doing

• 180 Recruitment (Candidate focused)
• Candidate Management. Source, interview, and place candidates within a 2-3 week sales cycle
• We're always looking for ways to do things better. Your insights into our process will be highly valued, and you'll be free to suggest and implement changes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

What Do You Need

• Proven track record in recruitment.
• Tech-savvy and articulate
• Self-disciplined, you'll have a lot of freedom to be successful, but you'll need to be able to hold yourself accountable
