Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Officer, based in Riyadh. The Senior Recruitment Officer will be working with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes to provide of manpower to meet future expansion in addition to ensuring that recruitment strategies are in line with Muheel strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Recruitment, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
  • Minimum of 3 years Experience in relevant field, prior supervisory experience preferred, a combination of the right skills and experience of similar filed can be sufficient to perform the duties.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with attention to detail and time management
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or similar qualification/experience in a related field.
  • English
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job description creation to offer negotiation, ensuring the best possible candidate fit
  • Develop and executed the HR Strategy for the group in line with group's Corporate and Business Strategies
  • Create the recruitment strategy to grow the company ready for their launch
  • Do end to end recruitment for senior positions and manage a team of Recruiters
  • Set up university partnerships
  • Support with organizational design, hiring the best people into the organization and identifying succession plans
  • Keep a strong pipeline of talent externally and internally
  • Work with external recruitment agencies on the hiring of the team
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
  • Review and update onboarding procedures.
  • Develop and executedthe HR Strategy for the group in line with group's Corporate and Business Strategies.
  • Manage and develop employees and gain their trust and cooperation to achieve results
  • Lead the recruitment department

Expertise & Skills:

  • General understanding of the other HR functions.
  • Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, pre-qualification screening, interviewing and closing professional level candidates.
  • Ability to manage team and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and internal relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills with good knowledge of MS-office products and other computer applications.
  • Ability to supervise and coach others.
