We're Hiring | Senior Recruitment Specialist

As Dolato continues to grow and expand, we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cairo.

We're looking for someone who can go beyond simply filling vacancies — someone who understands talent acquisition, builds strong talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and can keep recruitment moving in a fast-growing F&B / retail environment.

What we're looking for:

• 2–4 years of solid recruitment / talent acquisition experience

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills

• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously

• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines

• Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and data

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and understand business requirements

• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume recruitment environments is a strong advantage

• Hands-on, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

The role will focus on:

Sourcing → Screening → Interviewing → Selection → Offer → On-boarding, while continuously improving our recruitment process and candidate experience.
