Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Star Trans, based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles in the electrical industry. They will coordinate hiring strategies, develop training processes, and ensure consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates to meet organizational talent needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting for the electrical or manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and conducting structured candidate assessments
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Experience in onboarding and Training new hires to ensure successful integration
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with local labor laws and recruitment regulations in Egypt
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
