Job Responsibilities
1. Overseas mid-to-high-end talent recruitment (core responsibility)
1) Be responsible for the recruitment and delivery of mid-to-high-end talents for the group overseas, including but not limited to management positions, core functional positions, and key technical positions.
2) Deeply understand the group's business model, overseas business layout, and job requirements, establish close cooperative relationships with business leaders, and formulate targeted recruitment plans.
3) Independently complete the entire recruitment process from requirement clarification, recruitment channel selection, talent search, interview assessment, offer negotiation to onboarding follow-up.
4) Establish and continuously build an overseas mid-to-high-end talent pool to enhance the foresight and success rate of key position recruitment.
2. Empowerment and Capacity Building of Overseas Recruitment Teams
1) Participate in the construction of the group's overseas recruitment system and methodology, and output standardized overseas recruitment processes, tools, and operation guidelines.
2) Provide professional empowerment to overseas recruitment HR or regional HR, including recruitment strategies, interview skills, talent assessment methods, and sharing of overseas recruitment experiences.
3) Continuously optimize the overseas recruitment model in light of the employment environment, cultural differences, and characteristics of the talent market in different countries and regions.
4) Promote the review of overseas recruitment experiences and the accumulation of best practices at the group level to enhance the overall professional level and efficiency of recruitment.
3. Business Urgent Recruitment Support and Specialized Assistance
1) Intervene and assist in recruitment when overseas business units have urgent or highly challenging recruitment needs.
2) Provide recruitment strategy support and resource coordination during major projects and critical market expansion phases to help achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
1. Basic Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree or above.
2) English proficiency as a working language.
3) At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and related fields, with overseas recruitment or international recruitment experience preferred.
4) Familiarity with overseas recruitment channels, characteristics of talent markets, and basic employment compliance requirements.
5) Background in manufacturing, energy, engineering, and other industries is preferred.
2. Competency and Quality Requirements
1) Possess strong ability in sourcing mid-to-high-end talents, capable of independently completing recruitment for complex and high-demand positions.
2) Have excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as cross-cultural adaptability, able to collaborate efficiently with candidates and business teams from different countries and backgrounds.
3) Result-oriented, with strong stress resistance, capable of handling multiple tasks and urgent situations.
