Men's Club, a leading company in men's fashion, is seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the right talent is attracted, selected, and onboarded in line with the company's values and business goals.
Responsibilities
Identify current and future hiring needs
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
Source and screen candidates through CVs, phone screenings, and interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the candidate database
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and key hiring metrics
Support employer branding initiatives and job fairs
Collaborate with department managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations
Preferred residence in or near Shubra El Khaimah
