We are hiring Senior Recruitment Specialist to join us at Ready Pack Technology &hertz kompressoren Egypt
Location:- Obour Cairo No transportation provided
Working Days:- Sunday- Thursday / 2 days off
Duties
- Implement company talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct sourcing activities & develop selection tools in order to fill open positions.
- Manage end to end recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.
- Represent company internally and externally at events with for networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Create potential candidates pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Updating the man-power plan with Division Heads.
Qualifications: -
- BSc degree in any related field.
- Experience as a Recruitment specialist not less than 3 years in the industrial field.
- Demonstrated abilities in recruitment, and hiring the best qualified talents.
- Strong knowledge by recruitment metrics & reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English Language Verbal & written.
- Experience in HR software such as Odoo and ATS.
- Excellent user of MS Office suite.
- Obour city residents, or nearby places.
