Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Specialist located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will create and implement recruitment strategies, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and collaborate with departments to identify talent needs. Additionally, the role encompasses training and development responsibilities for newly hired team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing techniques
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal teams
• Experience in Training and onboarding new team members
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and adapt to organizational needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is an advantage
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
