Hays is supporting a boutique asset management firm headquartered in DIFC, Dubai, seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Relationship manager to join their team. This is a strategic hire aimed at candidates who can add immediate value by leveraging their existing client relationships and transferring a book of business. The ideal candidate should come from a banking background and interested to transition in an external asset manager environment.

Responsibilities
- Originate and onboard new clients, including HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Transfer and manage an existing book of business to generate immediate revenue.
- Deliver tailored investment solutions in collaboration with internal product and investment teams.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service and retention.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in asset management, wealth management, or private banking.
- Private banking experience/ experience working with banks is mandatory.
- Strong and transferable book of business is essential.
- Deep understanding of investment products and client servicing.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Existing network within the GCC is a plus
