Senior Relationship Manager

The Heart of Europe in Dubai is an innovative and ambitious island destination that fuses European designs, heritage, and hospitality in a unique and breathtaking location. This ambitious project aims to create an exceptional lifestyle and vacation experience that encapsulates European living. Situated on The World, Dubai, a cluster of 300 islands shaped like the world map just 4km off the coast, each of the six islands within The Heart of Europe is inspired by various European destinations such as Germany, Sweden, and Switzerland. The project is dedicated to sustainability and innovation, ensuring an eco-friendly and forward-thinking destination.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role includes conducting market research, creating and delivering presentations, and maintaining client records. Additionally, the Senior Relationship Manager will be working closely with internal teams to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in business development and identifying new business opportunities
• Market research and presentation creation skills
• Experience in maintaining client records and working collaboratively with team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
