We are looking to hire a Senior Reporting Analyst with PMO management experience. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, PMO leadership, and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and standardised reporting across a diverse project portfoliofor our client based in Dubai - which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 10 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the strategy and development department and reports directly to the Head of Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain standardised PMO reporting templates aligned with governance frameworks and stakeholder needs
- Ensure high levels of data quality, validating inputs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across portfolio reports
- Identify early warning signs related to project performance, risks, or delivery challenges and support corrective action
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and ensure compliance with PMO standards
- Prepare high-quality materials for governance, board, and committee reporting, ensuring alignment with agreed reporting cadence
- Act as a trusted point of contact for reporting-related queries, supporting adoption and continuous improvement of reporting practices
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of PMO reporting processes and tools
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related discipline
- 35 years of relevant experience in PMO reporting, portfolio management, or project governance, Big Four is a plus.
- Experience working in infrastructure, construction, aviation, digital transformation, or similarly regulated environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce executive-ready reports
- Experience with PMO or PPM systems for portfolio tracking, planning, or financial reporting
- A solid understanding of the level of detail required for effective senior stakeholder reporting
- Project or programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent) is an advantage
- Exposure to automation, reporting optimisation, or low-code tools is a plus
