Senior Resale Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Senior Resale Consultant at Urbanera Properties Egypt. The Senior Resale Consultant will be responsible for managing and advising clients in the resale property market. The role involves evaluating properties, identifying market trends, negotiating deals, liaising between buyers and sellers, and closing transactions effectively. The candidate will also be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships, provide market insights, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in resale market
• Expertise in Resale Property Management, Real Estate Market Knowledge, and Property Valuation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Meeting Sales Targets
• Effective Time Management, Organizational Skills, and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate sector, particularly in resale, is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment
