Clients
- Develops and deepens understanding of relevant clients and their needs
- Contributes to client satisfaction with Ipsos by constantly applying high quality standards and
delivering excellence in a timely fashion
- Always critically analyzes input from client & think together with your manager
People
- Works effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers
- Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes
Research
- Builds experience in core market research skills and use them to support the design, management,
and delivery of projects
- Demonstrates understanding of questionnaire/discussion guide, scripts, and tab specs
- Coordinates operational tasks & suppliers involved in the project
- Controls the quality of the research data obtained and their consistency with the project
Finances
- Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal Finances processes
- Begins to demonstrate an understanding of project budgets and profitability and what impacts them
Communication
- Communicates effectively to maintain a favorable working relationship
- Understands the need for and use different communication styles and methods according to the
audience or the message
