Job Responsibilities:
- Specialized in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in IC design using Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
- Leading complex IC design projects from specification to tape-out, developing innovative or high-performance circuit architectures.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard EDA tools like Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking, strong communication, collaboration and teamwork, time management and prioritization, adaptability and continuous learning, mentoring, and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience
- PhD degree, in the field.
- Master's degree and 4 + years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 6 + years of relevant experience.
