Description:

The Senior Revenue Controller/ Manager is responsible for independently validating and reconciling all trading-related revenues and related cost execution profitability, and client equity balances across the Group.

This role acts as the financial layer between Risk, Dealing, and Commercial Accounting, ensuring accuracy, completeness as well as enhance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client equities, Daily Tand Monthly Reconciliation,
• Trading volumes, validate trading volume per product, Revenue per million and Per lot.
• Execution PnL, Internal execution PnL, Hedging and risk management, reconcile Platform vs LP statements vs accounting records.
• Liquidity provider charges
• Rebates and partner commissions
• Bridge and execution costs
• Markups, Swaps, and Commission control, Spread Markups, Swaps Markups, Confirm accuracy of System's Parameters
• Reporting, for execution profitability, Rebates, Revenue per Market, per Product and Per Segment
• IFRS 15 recognition and validation,

Education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience within a CFD / FX brokerage
• Minimum 5 years in revenue control, trading control, or reconciliation role
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• MT4 / MT5 reporting
• Bridge systems
• Liquidity provider statements
• Hybrid execution environments
• Proven experience reconciling client equity balances

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Experience in building dashboards in Power BI
• ERP Reconciliation
