Job Purpose:

To ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and project HSE standards across high-rise and prestigious construction projects. The role will support urgent requirements to meet regulatory and authority obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor project HSE plans in line with DM and UAE regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and authority approvals
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits
• Review and approve method statements and risk assessments (MSRA)
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
• Support HSE compliance reporting to senior management

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) NEBOSH Diploma preferred
• Minimum 812 years of HSE experience in construction
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 consultants
• Experience on prestigious high-rise / large-scale real estate projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality safety regulations
• UAE project experience is mandatory
