We are looking for an experienced Senior Safety Engineer to join our team for high-rise construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor health & safety policies across project sites
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and Trakhees authority requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Promote a strong safety culture across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil / Safety / Mechanical)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in high-rise construction projects
- Proven experience in the UAE construction industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety compliance
- Hands-on experience in dealing with Trakhees approvals and authority requirements
- Valid SARS Card (Trakhees) is mandatory ✅
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
