About the Job:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager Banking Sector to serve as the primary point of contact for key banking clients. This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, identify opportunities to expand accounts, and play a key role in maintaining and growing the company's client base while achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key banking stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manager solution proposals tailored to banking sector needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Support and collaborate with Associate Account Managers on daily operations.
- Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
- Manage larger and more complex client accounts.
- Coordinate with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
- Maintain strong knowledge of business offerings, competitors, and market trends.
- Monitor market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure client needs are met and exceeded through cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within the banking sector.
- Proven experience managing large banking clients and strategic financial accounts.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within banking accounts.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and customer requirements.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
