Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the software sector
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, technical) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software sales within established software companies based in KSA
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels
  • Deep understanding of software solutions, licensing models, and enterprise sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
  • Based in KSA
