Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Account Manager role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Account Manager will manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate new leads while maintaining strong client relationships. They will handle communications with clients, identify business opportunities, and actively work toward achieving sales targets. The role will involve collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong aptitude for Customer Service and achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills for building connections and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the exhibition or event solutions industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
