Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team at Dafater. In this role, you'll lead the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to solution design and closing. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product, and customer success to deliver value-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in B2B software sales, especially in ERP or SaaS environments, who can navigate complex deals, engage multiple stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise leads through outbound efforts (direct visits, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking).
  • Lead customer engagements by understanding client pain points and mapping Dafater's solutions to their business needs.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and solution demos tailored to various customer personas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Represent Dafater in a professional, credible, and value-driven manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3+ years of proven success in enterprise software or SaaS solution sales.
  • Strong command of consultative and solution selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
