Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Account Manager, based in Qesm El Nozha with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and generating leads. Key responsibilities include actively managing client accounts, delivering effective customer service, nurturing strong client relationships, and working towards sales targets through clear communication and strategic planning. The individual will also play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven expertise in Customer Service and fostering strong client relationships
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to present solutions effectively
- Strategic thinking with a focus on sales growth and client engagement
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Ability to manage hybrid working conditions while ensuring productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
