Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team, based in Cairo. This is a full-time hybrid role with regional responsibility across Egypt, the Levant, North Africa, and selected African markets.

The ideal candidate comes from a sales-field or solution-selling background, is comfortable owning the full sales cycle, and is motivated by long-term growth. This role offers strong career progression for high performers as novomind MEA continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline across assigned regions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including enterprise and government accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and management teams to design winning solutions
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy and growth planning
  • Represent novomind MEA professionally in customer meetings, events, and presentations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Account Management and B2B sales, with a track record of growing accounts
  • Strong customer-facing skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term success
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, opportunity development, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a hybrid and regional role.
  • Experience in one or more of the following is a strong advantage: Omnichannel contact centers or Customer engagement platforms or Conversational AI, chatbots, or messaging platforms or Digital transformation or enterprise software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
