Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales professional located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves generating and managing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting tailored real estate solutions. The Senior Sales professional will also oversee sales processes, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Training team members or junior staff to develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly.
• Proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
