Senior Sales Associate

My Client is hiring a Senior Sales Associate to drive off-plan and ready home sales. You will manage leads end-to-end, conduct viewings, advise on pricing and payment plans, and close deals while delivering a premium customer experience. Any sales background is welcome, but residential real estate sales experience is required. Competitive package + commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert residential sales enquiries from lead to close
• Advise clients on unit options, pricing, payment plans, and purchase processes
• Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up cadence to achieve monthly targets
• Support and execute sales events, launches, and viewing appointments
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (brokers, agents)

What client is Looking For

• Residential sales experience is required (any duration considered)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and strong client relationship management
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
