About iCARRY

iCARRY is a regional logistics technology company empowering e-commerce merchants with end-to-end delivery, fulfillment, and cross-border solutions across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Lebanon.

We're entering an exciting phase of growth in Saudi Arabia, and we're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead our business expansion and partnerships in the Kingdom.

Role Overview

As the Senior Sales Executive, you will serve as the commercial lead for Saudi Arabia, responsible for driving top-line revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding iCARRY's merchant network.

You will work closely with the COO and regional management to design and execute sales strategies that position iCARRY as a leading logistics aggregator and fulfillment partner in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in Saudi Arabia across e-commerce, retail, and logistics sectors.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value B2B partnerships with top merchants, fulfillment providers, and carriers.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a local sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the COO and regional operations teams to launch new services, improve pricing models, and refine product offerings.
  • Represent iCARRY in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, acting as a senior brand ambassador in the Kingdom.
  • Provide detailed market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and service excellence.
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key clients and government entities where required.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics Management.
  • 36 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong background in logistics, courier, 3PL/4PL, or e-commerce solutions within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to build and close enterprise-level deals and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong market knowledge of Saudi e-commerce and logistics landscape.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Valid Saudi driving license required.
