Job Description

iCARRY is a regional logistics technology company empowering e-commerce merchants with end-to-end delivery, fulfillment, and cross-border solutions across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Lebanon.

We're expanding in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh first) and hiring a Senior Sales Executive to lead growth, build partnerships, and drive top-line revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Saudi commercial plan and deliver monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and close high-value B2B deals with e-commerce merchants.
  • Develop a strong Riyadh pipeline; manage demos, proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Work with Operations/COO to launch services, refine pricing, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Represent iCARRY in client meetings, events, and exhibitions; act as a senior brand ambassador.
  • Provide market intel and competitor analysis to guide strategy.

Qualifications

  • 36 years in B2B sales/business development in logistics, courier, 3PL/4PL, or e-commerce tech.
  • Based in Riyadh with strong local network and market knowledge.
  • Proven record of closing enterprise deals and hitting aggressive targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Arabic & English fluency.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
