Senior Sales
- Coordinate with sales & leasing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, work with the pricing department to create proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Generate inquiries for Building/Property sales and Leasing, looking for and approaching prospective buyers and tenants.
- Achieve the annual and communicated target as per the annual commercial plans.
Job Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate leasing and property sales, working for a Brokerage company or a Real Estate developer.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Own a Car.
- Female
- Good understanding about property management, Mall Management and Tenant mix.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent B2B relationship management skills
