Job Description

Location: Middle East / Africa (Remote) / Frequent travel across the MEA region required.

HQ: Shenzhen, China

Compensation: 165K 330K per year + 15-month package +5 Social insurances + housing fund

Our client, a publicly listed global technology company, is accelerating its international growth in the drones and intelligent equipment sector.

To support this expansion, we are seeking a Regional Sales Director Middle East & Africa to define and execute the regional commercial strategy while building a strong sales organization across the MEA region.

This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic market development, government relations, and large-scale deal execution.

Your Role

You will lead the MEA commercial expansion, developing strategic relationships with governments, institutions, and enterprise clients while building and managing a regional sales organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the commercial strategy across the MEA region
  • Developing high-level relationships with government and institutional stakeholders
  • Managing large-scale B2B / B2G sales cycles, including tenders and negotiations
  • Building and structuring a regional partner ecosystem
  • Recruiting and leading a regional sales team (20 people)
  • Driving revenue growth across key markets in the Middle East and Africa
  • Collaborating closely with product, operations, and supply chain teams at HQ

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a senior sales leader with deep regional expertise and strong government networks.

Required experience

  • 10+ years of B2B / B2G sales experience in the MEA region
  • Strong network with government entities and major enterprises
  • Proven experience closing large and complex deals
  • Background in drones, intelligent equipment, surveillance technology, or industrial technology
  • Experience building and managing teams of 20+ people
  • Fluency in English and/or Arabic
