Job Description
- Own enterprise revenue growth in UAE with focus on AI-led CX transformation
- Personally drive strategic accounts while building a scalable GTM motion
- Manage and coach a team of Account Directors and CX leaders
- Lead consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery
- Build repeatable playbooks from wins and losses
- Represent the company in Workshops and Events
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience and familiarity with AI, CX platforms, CCaaS, SaaS, or digital transformation
- Proven ownership of USD 5M+ annual revenue
- Strong consultative selling background into mid to large enterprises
- Experience managing 3+ sales team members
- Strong analytical and deal-structuring skills
- Good Technical knowledge to be able to engage with the implementation teams
- Currently located in the UAE
