Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Property Consultant / Senior Sales (Real Estate – North Coast) for a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility between office work and remote work.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling coastal real estate projects, guiding clients through their investment journey, and closing high-value deals.

You will handle leads, conduct meetings, and build long-term client relationships, while working closely with the team to maximize sales performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell North Coast real estate projects
  • Handle inbound & outbound leads efficiently
  • Conduct client meetings and property consultations
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong and long-term client relationships
  • Stay updated on North Coast market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (especially coastal projects)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
