Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients in making informed real estate decisions, building long-term relationships with customers, and conducting market research to identify new property opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and supporting clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. The role demands exceptional communication and customer service skills for fostering trust and achieving excellent client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Sales to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets
• Strong background in Consulting and Communication to provide insights and effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in both local and regional property markets is an advantage
• Proven track record in exceeding sales goals and offering tailored real estate solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
