Job Description

This is a marketing-first design role, not a branding-only position.

Your job is to create assets that support sales, campaigns, and decision-making. If your idea of design stops at looks good, this role will not work out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design marketing and sales assets, including:
  • Pitch decks, proposals, and sales collateral
  • Social media creatives and ad visuals
  • Website and landing page sections
  • Lead magnets and downloadable assets
  • Turn briefs into clear, conversion-focused designs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage multiple projects without constant supervision
  • Improve and optimize existing designs when needed
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Practical understanding of marketing and sales design principles
  • Experience with B2B or service-based marketing assets
  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing clarity
  • Comfortable with feedback and revisions
Nice to Have
  • Pitch deck and presentation design experience
  • Basic web or landing page design exposure
  • Motion graphics or short-form video edits
  • Good visual judgment around copy and layout

  • A junior or training role
  • A pure branding or logo-design position
  • A sales position
  • A slow-paced corporate design job
