Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Giza, with some flexibility to work from home. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales activities, providing technical support to clients, understanding customer requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong Technical Support expertise and a solid technical background
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Familiarity with the engineering industry in the region is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is a plus
