Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, the Senior Sales Engineer will manage client accounts, build long-term customer relationships, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. The position will require collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, negotiation, and achieving revenue goals.
  • 3 - 5 Technical expertise and deep understanding of construction materials, especially ready mix concrete.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to provide customized solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the construction or ready mix industry is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
