Reporting to the Managing Director, will have the following responsibilities:
Integrate and promote the activities of the Saudi Arabia sales network in the development of new customers and opportunities in the business of HW/SW control and automation products and systems for industry.
Visit, independently or alongside Agents, distributors, the typical reference customers with whom to build deep partnerships such as Distributor, electrical material retailers, Consultants, OEM, System Integrator & Panel Builder, Energy Management industries sensitive to the issue of energy efficiency& Projects.
Monitor and ensure the achievement of the planned objectives also through the implementation of specific and targeted actions and activities;
Define and implement a strategic development plan specific to individual geographical areas;
Formulate/draft specific offers based on customer requests;
Carry out reporting, data analysis, and market and competitor research;
Participate in industry events and fairs & technical Seminar along with Technical Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Energy Engineering.
57 years of proven experience in selling Control & Automation & hardware and/or software energy management solutions for industrial applications, or in energy efficiency consulting for industrial plants.
Solid understanding of the industrial electrical components market and related technologies.
Demonstrated expertise in customer management and full-cycle sales processes, from lead generation to contract closure.
Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels (technical, commercial).
Structured, analytical approach to problem- solving and opportunity assessment.
Strong results-driven mindset with a clear focus on objectives, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive, flexible, and dynamic working style.
Previous hands-on experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting Visit & Opportunity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
